About my creations
Earrings are created using polymer clay and some are coated in resin.
As they are handmade, they are all one of a kind, and they may have imperfections - but I will only be selling items that I’d be happy to wear myself (and it has been really hard to part with a LOT of these beauties!)
Due to variation in screens, colours may come across slightly differently in products when received but filters are not used in product photographs to change colours in any way.
Earring Care
Store them in a cool dry place when not being worn, preferably on display for you to look at!
Avoid contact with perfume or lotion
Do not wear while in water
Use a damp cloth or baby wipe to clean (do not submerge underwater)
Be careful not to bend or drop your earrings, the are fragile so handle with care
Any tassels can easily be untangled using your fingers
All earring posts and hoops are made with surgical steel, suitable for sensitive ears
Packaging and Shipping
At check out you can elect for either standard or express shipping. Currently due to the pandemic, shipping is delayed in multiple states so it’s recommended that you elect express postage to expedite your package getting to you quicker. Standard shipping will be tracked.

Lost, or delayed items
Once an item has been posted with Aus Post, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your package. Once they’ve been posted, sadly what happens next is out of my control so please contact Aus Post in the first instance if there are any delays.
Turnaround time
As I’m a one-woman show, and I work a full-time job aside from this creative outlet, please allow 3 business days from when you place your order for me to get your package to the post office.
Damaged items
If any of your products arrived damaged, please contact me at hi@hellogoodthanks.com.au immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged items as I’d like to resolve this with you ASAP!
Payment Methods
Currently I accept payment via PayPal and credit cards via Stripe.
For those who use PayPal, they now have a buy now, play later service with Pay in 4 (minimum transaction amount is $30)
Returns and Refunds
Due to health and hygiene I cannot accept any return of earrings for a change of mind. If there are any defects/breakages in your earrings please email me and we can best discuss a solution. Note - refunds cannot be allowed due to mistreatment of products. If you follow the care instructions listed above, you should be all good!

Combining orders
I am able to combine orders if you place multiple orders before I package and send out your order. If you make multiple orders, please email me at hi@hellogoodthanks.com.au with your second order number and I will refund your postage and send your packages together.
Sometimes I may ship orders same day or next day so please get in as quick as possible.
